LEGAL AGREEMENT, TERMS OF SERVICE, & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

1. Spiritual Nature of Services

The deliverance ministry, prayer sessions, and spiritual counseling provided by the Ministry are strictly spiritual and religious in nature. Our services are based entirely on Christian biblical principles, faith, and prayer. We do not provide clinical, psychological, or medical interventions. These services are delivered across multiple formats, including:

• Online Sessions: Virtual ministry conducted via secure digital platforms.

• In-Person Sessions: Scheduled face-to-face ministry sessions.

• Private Retreats: Individual, customized spiritual intensives

• Group Retreats: Communal spiritual gatherings, events, or workshops

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

The ministers, staff, and volunteers of the Ministry are not licensed medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, or professional mental health counselors.

• Medical Advice: Nothing said, done, or written during any online session, in-person session, or retreat should be construed as medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice.

• Medication: The Ministry will never advise you to discontinue medication, therapy, or treatment prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional. Any changes to your medical care must be made solely in consultation with your doctor.

• Emergency Care: If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or having thoughts of self-harm, you must immediately call your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room. The Ministry does not provide emergency crisis intervention.

3. Voluntary Consent to Spiritual Touch (In-Person & Retreats)

For all in-person sessions, private retreats, and group retreats, you grant your voluntary, explicit consent for Ministry team members to engage in respectful physical touch.

• Scope of Touch: This touch is strictly limited to traditional religious practices, such as the laying on of hands, holding of hands, or anointing with oil. It holds absolutely no sexual, romantic, or abusive intent.

• Right to Revoke: You retain the absolute right to verbally revoke this consent to physical touch at any moment during a session, and the Ministry team will immediately comply and cease all touch.

4. Independence of Lodging, Hospitality, and Transportation

For all in-person sessions, private retreats, and group retreats taking place in San Agustinillo, Oaxaca, Mexico:

• No Hospitality Liability: You acknowledge that the Ministry does not provide, manage, operate, or assume any liability for your lodging, hotel accommodations, Airbnb bookings, or meals, unless explicitly stated as an included feature in a specific group retreat package.

• Transit Responsibility: The Ministry provides no ground transportation, airport shuttles, or flights. You are solely responsible for securing your own transit to and from San Agustinillo.

• Assumption of Travel Risks: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with international travel, local Mexican infrastructure, third-party transit services (such as taxis, public transport, or rental cars), and independent accommodations.

5. Group Retreat Dynamics and Participant Conduct

For all group retreats, you agree to the following communal terms:

• Peer-to-Peer Liability: The Ministry is not liable for the actions, behaviors, statements, or negligence of other retreat participants. You release the Ministry from any injuries, theft, conflicts, or distress caused by other guests.

• Right of Removal: The Ministry reserves the absolute right to terminate your participation and remove you from a group retreat environment immediately, without a refund, if your behavior becomes disruptive, dangerous, aggressive, or harmful to yourself or the group dynamic.

6. Pricing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

• Pricing Notice: The official prices for all ministry sessions, private retreats, and group retreats are communicated transparently on this website and are subject to change before booking.

• No Refunds for Cancellations: Once any session or retreat booking is paid for, it is strictly non-refundable. If you cancel your session, fail to show up, or request a termination of the service at any point, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule an online or in-person session at no extra cost up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will be treated as a cancellation, and your fee will be forfeited. Due to logistical constraints in Mexico, private and group retreat dates cannot be rescheduled within 15 days of the retreat start date.

7. No Guarantees of Outcome

The Ministry makes no legal, financial, or spiritual promises, representations, or guarantees regarding the outcome of any prayer, retreat, or deliverance sessions. Spiritual healing and freedom are subject to the will of God and the personal spiritual journey of the participant. Results vary, and participation does not guarantee specific relief or emotional resolution.

8. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk

By requesting and participating in ministry sessions or retreats, you acknowledge that you are doing so completely of your own free will. You understand that spiritual ministry can sometimes bring up deep emotional, psychological, or spiritual distress. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in these sessions, whether conducted online or in person in Mexico.

9. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge Casa Yeshua Deliverance Ministry, its directors, pastors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, lawsuits, or liabilities of any kind (including but not limited to emotional distress, mental injury, physical harm, or travel-related incidents) arising out of or related to your ministry sessions, retreat attendance, or reliance on information on this website.

10. Confidentiality and Mandatory Reporting

The Ministry holds your personal information and session details in strict spiritual confidence. However, by participating, you acknowledge that confidentiality is legally limited. The Ministry is obligated to report to the proper authorities any instances or reasonable suspicions of:

• Abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children, elders, or vulnerable adults.

• Imminent threats of harm to yourself (suicide or self-injury).

• Imminent threats of serious harm to another identifiable person.

11. Governing Law and Exclusive Venue Selection

This Agreement, and all claims, lawsuits, or disputes arising from or relating to the services provided by the Ministry (whether online, in person, or at a retreat in Mexico), shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You expressly agree that any legal action, lawsuit, dispute resolution, or arbitration must be filed exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Wyoming, USA. You hereby waive any and all rights to pursue legal action, civil claims, or criminal complaints within the Republic of Mexico or any other international jurisdiction.

12. Explicit Consent
